The Best Intentions
Things don’t always go the way I plan.
I had every intention of creating a companion course for Never Enough to give you, my readers, the chance to take the material in the book to a deeper level.
My body had other ideas.
I may still get there, and in the meantime, creating a shorter course seemed more doable.
A need
Life seems difficult right now for everyone. Whether it is due to personal tragedies, natural disasters, or recent events, people I talk to are finding themselves experiencing strong feelings, with no idea what to do about them.
Because understanding changes in our brain during stress can make such a difference in understanding our reactions and in moving out of them, I decided sharing that information would be most helpful right now.
“Triggered and Trapped”—an online course
So that is where I focused my energies—on creating a course to help people regain their momentum when feeling trapped in their reactions.

And while not the companion course I promised, this course would be a great resource for anyone who gets triggered by feelings of never being enough. As a reader of Never Enough, you will receive a 20% discount off the purchase price for the course. Feeling never enough often pulls us down, as if we are in quicksand, leaving us struggling to find our way out. Most women blame themselves when a more likely cause is a change in brain state.
In “Triggered and Trapped,” I will share with you the ways in which our brain and capabilities change when we get triggered and what to do about them to regain momentum.
An apology and a Gift
I hope you will accept my sincere apology for promising a companion course and not delivering it. In recognition of the inconvenience and disappoint my not delivering may have caused you, I’m offering you a 20% discount on the purchase of “Triggered and Trapped.”
And the information and skills I share in “Triggered and Trapped” can be so beneficial as we navigate life’s challenges. It has certainly made a difference in my life.
You can check the course out here.
