Stop blaming yourself.
Regain your momentum.
Break free from triggers
That have you trapped and
return to peace.
Are there times when you get triggered or something

pushes your buttons and you
- can’t think or figure out what to do?
- get stuck in overwhelm or anxiety?
- have trouble controlling your temper?
And while you’re in that
triggered place,
do you say or do things you later regret,
or waste time
- stewing, eating,
- plotting revenge,
- or staring into space,
when wasting time is the last thing you need?

Do you blame yourself and maybe wonder
- what’s wrong with me that I can’t let it go or “get over it?”
- why I can’t think or figure out what to do?
- will I be stuck forever?
- why I can’t be “normal?”
I know I sure have, and so have so many of my clients.

It’s no wonder
In a world filled with shocking news, unending expectations, and ever-expanding demands, it’s no wonder we get overwhelmed and trapped in our emotions and reactions.
It can feel like being in quicksand—pulling you deeper into distress, while you desperately seek a way out. And to make things worse, we often act in ways we regret in the process.
It helps to have a Guide

Most of us don’t realize that our capabilities change when we get triggered—I know I didn’t. I simply blamed myself or the situation.
That changed with my training in emotional regulation from a neuroscience perspective.
Now after years of helping clients learn these skills, I want to share them with you.
I’ll guide you in learning how to move from feeling stuck and reactive to regaining your momentum by understanding how being triggered changes your brain and your capabilities.
It helps to have a roadmap

The Benefits

What People are Saying
In addition to this course, I have read Dr. Lang’s, book. Her work on the nervous system has been extremely helpful to me personally, as well as in my relationships. Because of this I’m so much better at recognizing the signs that I am headed into a tipped brain state, or already am there. In her course, Deb clearly describes what the brain is doing when this happens, as well as the steps to take to turn it around, lessening the effects of this kind of thinking. I also found the information is stated clearly, and the steps to take are very practical and down to earth. If you are struggling with anxiety and finding your thoughts often spiraling downward, I would highly recommend this course. The individual modules are interesting and well presented. Dr Lang is very personable, compassionate, and does an excellent job in explaining the material. Cheri K.

I highly recommend this course to anyone feeling triggered and trapped by personal circumstances or events happening around us. Deb teaches in a calm and easy-to-understand way that getting trapped results from the nervous system perceiving a threat, causing our brains to switch from “Balance” to “Tipped.” After showing us how and why this happens, Deb provides specific tools to help us return to a healthy, balanced brain state. This knowledge will help anyone better understand why we get stuck in uncomfortable feelings and thoughts and give them the tools to calm their nervous system instead of remaining triggered and trapped. being trapped takes a toll

- Being trapped in reactivity can take such a toll on our lives and on our confidence.
- Without an understanding of what is happening in our brain, we can end up spinning and doing damage in the process.
- And we often blame ourselves and feel all alone.
The cost to your life

An advantage
The skills you will learn in this course typically require six months of individual therapy at a cost close to $4000.
Individual therapy, of course, is more tailored to specific needs and is a possible option if you live in Montana.
And one thing I hear over and over from clients is the desire to have what they are learning in writing so they can refer to it as needed.
You will have lifetime access to this information, something my clients only wish for. And you will be learn these skills at a significantly reduced cost.
Hopes for a more peaceful world
I created this course with a grandiose desire. I want more people to have these skills so there is less reactivity and more peace.

Each of our brains take cues from the environment and from the emotional state of those around us. If we are around reactivity, our system will likely move into a defensive or reactive state.
If more of us learned to move out of reactivity, could we decrease the level of reactivity level in our neighborhoods, cities and even in our country?
I’m probably dreaming, and as individuals constantly encounter stressful stimuli, what power there is in knowing how to move oneself from reactivity to peace, even if it is for moments of time!
Gain the power that comes from understanding how your brain changes during stress!
